Birth Doula Support
Birth & Postpartum are both beautiful and challenging experiences. This life-changing transition offers many surprises along the way. I am a Full Spectrum Doula, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Lactation Counselor. I offer services that are tailored to the needs of each of my clients. My goal is to provide informational, emotional, physical, and spiritual support to help you stand in your power beyond postpartum. Note, in the event you have a reimbursement program that requires that you work with a certified person, I am a certified Postpartum Doula (I am familiar with Carrot Fertility). Learn about my Postpartum Support here.
Birth Doula Support:
Standard Package. Cost: $3,000
2 prenatal visits: We will review your preferences regarding your birth. Our first prenatal meeting will take place at around week 25-30, at your home; I will ask about your knowledge of the birth process and provide information as requested. Our second prenatal meeting will take place at around week 35-37.
Co-Create Birth Preferences and Birth Affirmations.
Baby Registry Consultation: Its like the algorithm knows you’re pregnant — you’re often bombarded with all of the “must-have” baby stuff and can become overwhelmed with where to start. We work together to figure out what you need: pumps, finalizing a registry, etc.
Your labor: I am on-call to you starting week 38. I am with you to support you and your partner from the moment you call me to come over up to an hour after your baby is born. I provide comfort techniques, encourage creative movement, suggest effective positions for labor, teach you and your partner how to advocate for yourselves [and advocate for you all as well], and offer emotional support.
1 postpartum visit: This visit usually occurs within two weeks of the birth. During this visit, I provide breastfeeding support, baby care tips, referrals to community resources, and a chance to discuss the birth experience.

6-hour childbirth education class: For you and your partner. During this time, we speak about all things childbirth education, from prenatal exams to labor to postpartum, and changing diapers. Our last class will be dedicated to movement and teaching you both the movements you can start working on at home, for your labor. We will schedule this/these classes around your schedule - hybrid, virtual, in-person, and group settings.
Birth blessing: At or around your 39th week, I will organize an intimate Birth Blessing via Zoom. A Birth Blessing is a celebration of you, the pregnant person; it is about an hour and fifteen minutes. I will have the people that you consider “your village” come together to make you feel as comfortable and loved as possible while offering you, your partner, and your baby all the love in the world. (This is optional, based on what you would like)
