About Me
Liz Guerra is a Full Spectrum Doula/birth worker, Latina social justice warrior, Queens native, and farmer with nearly 20 years of experience as a community organizer, educator, and birth keeper. Over the course of her career, Liz has amplified the fight for reproductive justice, worker, and economic rights with a conflict transformation lens.
Liz uses her activist background to teach birthing people and parents to advocate for themselves through the birthing process and postpartum, and to stand in their own power. Liz is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Full Spectrum Doula, soon-to-be certified HypnoBirther, CPR/First Aid certified, childbirth educator and placenta encapsulator. She incorporates traditional postpartum support into her postpartum work. Liz is fluent in Spanish and offers birth support for folks whose native tongue is Spanish.
Liz lives on a farm in Connecticut with her partner, three kids, two dogs, goats, and bees.
