“Having Elizabeth as my doula was probably the smartest decision I made during my pregnancy as a first time mom. She was such a calming and reassuring presence and kept me grounded during my labor. We communicated really well and she had this sense of what to do without me asking. I felt comfortable at every stage with her support and the way that she advocated for me with my birth team.
She continuously offered support and follow up through in-person check-ins, and text + calls, particularly once I was in my third trimester which I found really helpful. She guided me through a birthing plan that related to my personal needs, and above all was really knowledgeable on all the series of questions that I had throughout the process. She used a lot of massages and exercise techniques with me that helped my long labor. Most importantly she kept me calm and focused when we had to shift plans during the labor and I cannot thank her enough for being there for me literally every step of the way.
Elizabeth is genuinely kind-hearted, has an amazing laugh, a brilliant mind, but above all, she connected me to my instincts to trust my body to do what it needed to do. We have become closer because of this new mom journey and I think she would be a phenomenal doula to any mom.”

My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Liz and her doula services. From our first interactions with her we knew she was the right fit for our family, and this felt true throughout the rest of my pregnancy, the birth of our child, and our postpartum appointment with her. The birth class Liz offers provides a ton of useful information without feeling overwhelming; she offered either a virtual or in-person class which was great flexibility for us. She was available via text message when we had questions about pregnancy in between appointments. At our prenatal visits she helped us create a birth plan that felt true to what we wanted, she answered questions and provided enough information to feel prepared but not overwhelmed. The different positions and techniques she showed us for labor felt manageable to practice and use. Overall, she helped us feel calm and prepared about labor and birth, and even more joyful about getting to meet our baby. We ended up at the hospital 10 days before our due date; Liz was available via phone from the moment we texted her to tell her we were going in, and showed up at the hospital when we wanted her there, despite a snowstorm. She was a huge source of support for both of us; so many of the ways my wife supported me during labor were things that Liz taught us. She advocated for us with the medical providers in ways that were persuasive and not argumentative. She is also the only reason my wife remembered to eat. Liz was the perfect cheerleader when it came time to push, and took many photos and videos during those last moments that we will cherish forever. We are unbelievably happy we found her and were able to work with her for this experience; she brought warmth, calm, and empowerment to our pregnancy and birth experience.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Liz as our postpartum doula and overnight postpartum doula, and I can honestly say she was one of the best decisions we made. From the very first meeting, she brought a sense of calm, compassion, and confidence that immediately put us at ease.
During overnight shifts, she lovingly cared for our daughter, allowing us to get much-needed rest without any worry. She was attentive, nurturing, and always respectful of our home and routines. Having her with us during those early, often overwhelming weeks was a true gift — she was not only hands-on but also emotionally supportive and incredibly kind. Following overnight care, we continued to use Liz for daytime support which was just as invaluable. We always knew our daughter was well cared for and in excellent hands.
What stands out most is her warmth and professionalism. She became a trusted part of our home during a very vulnerable time, and we are endlessly grateful for the support and peace of mind she gave us.
I can’t recommend Liz highly enough—she is truly a gem, and any family would be lucky to have her!

We had a wonderful experience working with Elizabeth and are so grateful for the care and support she provided during a very tender and transformative time for our family. From the start, she was incredibly flexible with scheduling and open to adjusting based on our needs, which gave us such peace of mind as new parents navigating unpredictable days and nights.
She approached everything with thoughtfulness and caution—always wearing a mask, washing her hands, and making sure we felt safe and comfortable. Her presence was warm, gentle, and nurturing. She was so loving and attentive with our baby, and we trusted her completely. That trust was invaluable as we figured out how to rest and care for ourselves.
What really stood out was how much emotional support and practical guidance she offered throughout her time with us, and even beyond. She checked in weeks after our sessions ended, just to see how we were doing, which meant so much. Her background in lactation was especially helpful, and she patiently supported us through the early feeding challenges with compassion and expertise.
It’s rare to find someone who brings both professional knowledge and a truly kind heart to their work, but she did just that. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
